We’ve added automatic social distancing to all our laser tag packs! Packs can now automatically detect and enforce social distancing rules in-game.
Players can feel safe and have a great time without having to worry about trying to keep an eye on where everyone is! The system will automatically alert players who come too close to each other, indicated on the phaser screens and with audio warnings.
We have also updated our cleaning procedures to ensure that our laser tag equipment and our venue is as sanitary as possible.
We are spraying Glen 20 on our packs between games and wiping down our laser equipment with disinfectant, in addition to wiping arcade machines, computers, all door handles and other places people touch frequently.
We are also offering customers disposable gloves to use. We are asking customers to wash their hands before games, between games and before eating food. We have sanitiser customer can use as well.
We do ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell. Temperature checks are also being done for everyone who enters the building. For the safety of staff and other guests, anyone who appears to be unwell and has a temperature of 37.5 and above may be asked to leave.
In line with government restrictions, our max capacity is 20 people. Our arcade machines have been spaced out in accordance to the 1.5 metres social distancing rule. This will not affect pre-existing bookings, as arrangements have already been made.
We also prefer a card payment method when possible. We are keeping an eye on the situation, and daily monitoring government recommendations, and we will remain open until we are advised to close.
Our staff are ensuring that we as a team are doing our best to keep ourselves and our customers in the most hygienic environment possible. Darkzone has always and will continue to put our staff and our customers health and safety first.
